A healthy, vegan, meal made with Chickpea Based Fritters — you'll love it!
Prep Time: 10 Minutes. Cook Time: 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 TBSP Neutral Oil
- 4 KISS Red Pepper Cajun Fritters
- 1/4 cup Mixed greens
- 3 TBSP Guacamole (or mashed avocado)
- 1 TBSP Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1 TBSP Cilantro
Directions
- In a small sauté pan heat 1 TBSP of oil over medium heat.
- Gently place the fritters in oil and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Then let cool.
- Roughly slice your Red Bell Pepper and your Red onion.
- Wrap it!
- Enjoy!
