my new favorite snack. i like to grill them on the stovetop and put them in a salad or a pita. and love that they're vegan and GF. i'm obsessed!
Got this at the farmers market today (new vendor?). Pricey but delicious with sweet jalapeño jelly and garlic aioli on fresh naan. If they could figure out how to bring down the price I could see this being a weekly treat. Right now, I can polish off a 2-serving bag (8 chicken nugget sized pieces) easily and at $5 serving it can add up. Hoping to see more people into the brand so the cost per comes down a little!
Absolutely loved the red pepper Cajun chickpea fritter! Bursting with flavor, the perfect balance of spices, and the crispy exterior gave it a delightful crunch. A must-try for anyone who enjoys a tasty and unique twist on chickpea-based dishes. Also, though its "cajun" there wasn't much spiciness going on.
